Description
Amy has been doing leatherwork for over 17 years. During that time she has worked with several local saddlers who have generously shared their time and knowledge with her. More recently she is working with Michael Stokes, of Centaur Saddlery, who is a Master Saddler from the UK and specializes in sidesaddles. Together they are working on getting saddles back in circulation by sharing some of the repair projects.
Amy focuses on the Hunting-era vintage saddles from the well-known English and American makes. Some of the names she is intimately familiar with include:

- Champion & Wilton
- Martin & Martin
- MJ Knoud
- Hermes
- Beck
- Smith-Worthington
- Whippy, and others.
Amy currently does not do repairs on Catalog, Somerset, or Western sidesaddles.
